Several documents for the Association are providing on this website and some of them are available for public viewing while others are password-protected for member viewing. To view, print or download the Declaration of Condominium, Articles of Incorporation or By-Laws of Park Lake Towers Condominium Association, select the Governing Documents tab from the category list. Buyers and Lessees are screened for residency approval and attend a Welcoming meeting in advance of moving or commencing renovations. A residency application form is also available on this website.
